Performance requirement

The ceramic glaze should have the following main properties:
1.The maturity temperature of the glaze is slightly lower than the firing temperature of the billet, so that the melt of the glaze is evenly spread on the billet without deformation. At the same time, the glaze is required to have a melting state of no less than 30ºC temperature range to eliminate defects such as glaze bubbles and pinholes.
2. The expansion coefficient of the glaze is slightly lower than that of the billet, so that the billet glaze is fully attached into a whole when firing. After cooling, the glaze layer is in a state of stress due to the volume effect, so as to improve the tensile strength and thermal stability of the products.
3.The ph of the glaze ADAPTS to each other to promote the formation of a certain thickness of the intermediate layer between the glaze and ensure the close combination of the glaze. The glaze is generally required to be properly alkaline.
4.The glaze should have high tensile strength and elastic modulus corresponding to the blank.
5.Chemical corrosion resistance, in various cases of contact with food, can not have toxic components such as lead, c admium and so on precipitation.
